Day 18 of #TeamLOVE

Day 18: 

Have you ever spent 24 straight hours, from midnight to midnight, completely unteathered to work? That means not reading emails, reviewing files, reading work-related articles, or even business books/biographies for insights. 

It is so hard to turn off our work brain, especially as visionary leaders. So much opportunity, so little time. Yet, every work thought robs our body and spirit from recovery and renewal, essential to true innovation.

This 24 hour time of renewal is called a "Free Day" and is harder than most think to observe. It requires both decision and tangible ways of setting ourselves up for success. The key is neither a decision to observe or tactics to ensure success -- rather it's tapping into Your Bigger Why taking a Free Day matters. Perhaps, it is spending more time with the ones you love. Exploring new places or connecting with nature.

True freedom, for you and your team begins when you look forward to your Free Days with the same enthusiasm as work.
