For over 40 years, we’ve worked for several United Ways, managed a technology organization for United Ways and competed with third party processors for United Ways. Our team brings an unique perspective when it comes to United Way’s new model of revenue diversification, service delivery and technology supports.

Recently, For Love of Team helped the following United Ways and Executive Leadership Teams:

South Hampton Roads (VA): provided interim COO/CTO and strategic advisory services to the executive leadership team during a significant time of transition.

Knoxville (TN): reimagined/optimized core business processes in advance of a technology review and selection process. Now providing project management and implementation support with their new CRM selection.

Rochester (NY): facilitated updated strategic plan, focusing on UW’s unique identity and differentiators, along with restated shared values/beliefs and vital success measures. Now providing support to convert 3-year vision into annual focus and quarterly business reviews.

Suncoast/Tampa (FL): providing technical/project management support to their CRM migration and change management support as the team reimagines their work to support their new strategic plan.
