Not only do we sometimes slip back into old habits of working but even if we’re focused on what we’re doing, we’re in a new place during each season of our business.
And when we’ve successfully evaluated what we’re doing and how it feels, we can become resourceful to spend more time doing what we LOVE. Every time you repeat these steps, you’ll find more and more opportunities to stay in your gifting and get clear about WHO needs to join your team to continue to grow and scale.
