Keep it Simple Stupid

Keep it Simple Stupid

A Sweet KISS for Your Business

While you’ve heard it said Keep It Simple Stupid, it really should be Keep It Simplified (for) Success.

When you spend the time to pare down the unnecessary tasks, actions, and distractions, what’s necessary has space to speak and guide your business and your team.

There are four steps to Simplify your business and prepare for your future team regardless of whether you have any team members right now or not:

Step 1: Take Inventory of Business Activities

Step 2:  Evaluate Your Time Investments

Step 3. Document Future Simplifications

Step 4: Filter Activities to Delegate/Automate/Eliminate

These steps are a foundational piece of running and growing your business. I work through the process on a regular basis - typically quarterly. Not only do we sometimes slip back into old habits of working but even if we’re focused on what we’re doing, we’re in a new place during each season of our business.

And when we’ve successfully evaluated what we’re doing and how it feels, we can become resourceful to spend more time doing what we LOVE. Every time you repeat these steps, you’ll find more and more opportunities to stay in your gifting and get clear about WHO needs to join your team to continue to grow and scale.

Going through the Simplify Process is the 2nd pillar in our framework: Leaders Simplify Teamwork. That framework helps you Multiply your impact, your income, your margin, and your freedom.

I’d love to support you along your journey to For Love of Team™. Text me at 1-754-800-9461. Yes, that number belongs to me. I’ll be the one answering it. (When you send me a text, don’t forget to tell me who you are!)

If you’ve gotten stuck on your business journey, let me know. I’d love to explore how we may be able to work together to smooth your path.
